About the event
All traditional boats are welcome and we expect to have participating the oldest paddle steamer Enterprise, launched in Echuca in 1878, from the National Museum of Australia, and the historic gaff cutter Aorere launched on Port Phillip Bay in 1898.
Friday evening - informal gathering at the cafe/bistro. Saturday morning - cruise and morning tea on Lake Burley Griffin. Saturday afternoon - public display of boats and equipment (including British Seagull engines if you have one). Saturday evening - Boatfest dinner at a hotel bistro. Sunday morning - Grand Parade.
