SL Kelly Jean

Launched in 1985 on the Nepean River. 21' epoxy laminated hull fitted with a Bolton No 17, 3" x 4", a vertical steel boiler with 60 x 1" horizontal copper tubes, not unlike a Merryweather boiler. A twin piston Hypro feed pump, chain driven from the main shaft. Hull 21 feet long with a beam of 6'6" and a 2'6" draft. A proven reliable launch, travelled widely.
